Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2926970.
For around 7/8 weeks now a seemingly abandoned wheelie bin without a lid has been dumped at this location. Over time more and more waste has been piled on top and beside . It has been attracting vermin (foxes and rats) and now appears to be a place for dog walkers to dump bags of dog crap too. It is over flowing and spread across the majority of the grass verge. Bags are split and excrement visible. The smell is appalling, to the extent that it is unpleasant to even walk past on the pavement. I thought maybe the dustmen would have noticed it and emptied it (given at the beginning it was only a normal waste bin full) however week after week it has been ignored! Please can someone arrange for this to be removed. This smell, combined with the smell caused by the ongoing and seemingly endless waste collection strike is unbearable! Thank you.
