Approx 30 bags of rubbish at side of 259 also builder rubbish, wicker basket, concrete waste on pavement outside gloucester parade

We could not find the fly tipping.
We are already aware of this fly tipping and are making arrangement to clear it .
We are unable to assist with flytipping in privately owned alleyways, except in exceptional circumstances i.e. attracting vermin or white goods.

Im new to the area and this is the second time in the space of 3 weeks someone has through what seems like an entire house full of unwanted goods, clothes, rubbish, food.
The rubbish has been put outside of my infant daughters windows, resulting in me not being able to open her windows because of the smell.
