Reported via mobile in the Street cleaning and litter category by Mark Copley at 22:48, Tuesday 27 July 2021
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2895858.
From when works were carried out on the bridge at the beginning of the year, works were completed and pigeon spikes were not reinstated. So now what you have is lots of pigeon crap building up because someone didn’t do their job properly. This is a hazard as it’s dry and becomes airborne and when inhaled caused lung issues! This needs addressing with immediate affect! Also, while your there, please tend to my other reports of overgrown bushes and trees as the footpath really narrows the walkway down to a ridiculous amount and cars speed through the underpass! It won’t be long before someone is hit by a vehicle because pedestrians are trying to social distance whilst passing on coming public but due to the overgrown bushes etc this is not easily done. Also please can someone pick up all the dumped plastic and rubbish that’s built up over months and months! It hasn’t been cleaned for over a year!
Thank you for your report.
