The occupants of No. 23 have been dumping huge amounts of household waste and furniture outside their property for several days with the pile growing daily, it is now almost completely blocking the footpath and smells and looks disgusting; not really the time to do this when the refuse collectors are on strike, but even when they return I can't see them removing this - its really anti-social and creates a health hazard because rats will soon be moving in the local foxes will start to drag it all over the natural grass area at the bottom of knee hill which runs alongside where this eyesore is - please can someone remove it with urgency and speak to the occupants as to how this is unacceptable anti-social behaviour
