Litter all along welling way and on side roads to Montrose Avenue
Reported via mobile in the Street cleaning and litter category anonymously at 20:08, Monday 26 July 2021
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2892760.
There has been a constant issue with littering along Welling Way, and this filters off into the roads leading to Montrose Avenue. Cars will often stop in Southcroft Avenue and Montrose Avenue, and empty their car litter whilst parking there to eat or to catch a train to work. The whole of Welling way there is streams of litter. The grass has been cut recently and the mower has ripped up plastic and all sorts into the grass, just awful for the environment and just looks really like you just don’t care about the issue at all. There are not enough bins on this particular road, you need at least one at the bus stop. Please can this be looked into, I’m almost embarrassed when walking my dog with visitors to see so much litter everywhere!
