The pavement outside 45 Eastleigh Road has broken. It has clearly been driven on by a heavy vehicle and it has cracked, broken and partially sunk. It looks like it is about to collapse and at the same time part of it is sticking up. It has about a c3-4cm difference in height which represents quite a hazard. I assume if we have heavy rain it could even sink.
