Trip hazard

Reported via desktop in the Street cleaning and litter category anonymously at 15:53, Thu 8 July 2021

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2850391.

Today I have spotted the Council bin next to Bexleyheath Broadway Shopping Centre Square car park pay station 2 wasn’t in place and 2 bolts were discovered coming up from the pavement that they could be potential trip hazard. All bins in this location should be checked as the area is very busy with public.

  • The Car park does not have a money or contactless ( debit/credit card) facility. On remembrance Sunday, we observed dozens of octogenarians struggling to use the Ring Go App and pay for parking. For a generation that is not as tech savvy as the younger generation might be, I find this very discriminating.
