There is CONSISTENT fly tipping down the alleyway of large items and rubbish. This is causing access issues to the back of Bethel and South Gypsy properties. There is also OVERGROWN weeds/plants down the alleyway which is causing significant issues to the neighbouring properties and requires removing ASAP. This has been this way for 6 months now and the council seem to turn a blind eye to previous requests. Would really appreciate urgent action on: 1. Removing the rubbish and providing adequate bins for local shops 2. Removing the plantation growing on the sides of the alleyway before more structural damage happens
