The recent pavement contractors for the work in Stanley Road have failed to put back the waste bin located out side Tony’s Grocers. This has meant that local residents still think it’s ok to keep using the bin that’s now in three parts and also dump rubbish around the bin. Where the bin used to be located, the new paving ash-felt is so thin it’s unlikely that any fixings can be used to replace and secure the bin again. Therefore please take away this bin completely as before the bin was visited on a regular basis by rats and foxes and this continues now but it’s easier for the to get access to the bins contents. If you decide to somehow retain the bin and secure it, can you ask the operator that empties the bin on a regular basis NOT to do so at 5am.
