Light is shining directly facing rooms

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2799984.

Light is so bright at night that it is travelling through black out curtains and causing sleep deprivation in the house. We have tried all methods to stop the light entering but as it is right in front of the property property is lit up.
