The black bollard nearest post office has been removed and a stump left hanging out of the ground This is a very busy turning for school and elderly crossing to gain access to bus stop This needs to be rectified ASAP due to the nature of this is someone falls over it’s the councils liability and as I said a lot of children and elderly use this crossing and today cars where mounting the pavement driving over it because it’s been removed children and people are walking these pavement there is a school on Eastcote and a nursery a few doors away from this urgent!

It's not been removed it's just done it's job and got in the way of an incompetent driver, hopefully it did some damage to the vehicle that hit it as well! Sure the council will make it safe and replace it in due course.
