  • As a result of the car fire, there is a very slippery oily mess across the raised paving stones at the north side of the pedestrian crossing, adjacent to where the fire was. Should an elderly or partially sighted person try to cross here it could be really dangerous.

  • Spillage covers the entire cycle lane and most of the leftmost car lane, forcing cyclists to swerve deep into car traffic to avoid the slip hazard
