Possible abandoned vehicle outside number 37.petrol cap hanging off,driver's window slightly open and flat tyre on the roadside.

  • Driver's window appears to be a touch more open,like someone has tried to get in it.petrol cap keeps coming open and now appears to have 2 flat tyres on the road side.appears to have been dumped.

  • Vehicle still outside number 37,possible fake m.o.t as car in such a poor state of repair.please can this be removed and parking wardens sent back to side streets instead of just bexleyheath town centre as some of the parking in these streets is questionable!!
