The old surrounds of a removed tree is broken. Rocking and moving and sticking up. Because of the scaffolding at Tesco, you are virtually forced to walk over this trip hazard. Very dangerous.

  • The hazard was left open to the public for weeks. Which is a shocker since how dangerous it is. Finally a guard has been put around it. But still not fixed. Since the public were virtually forced to walk over this hazard because of the scaffolding outside Tesco, I am truly shocked at the inaction of the council.
