The owner of the car is unknown. It is parked directed outside ours and opposite neighbours homes which is where we would usually park our cars which has caused inconvenience and nuisance.

  • I don't wish to sound rude 🥺, but a number plate address and postcode would help

  • When logging this issue it stated “ Avoid personal information and vehicle number plates”. Ms Webbster, if you are a member of this organisation that sarcasm is unnecessary and unprofessional; if you are a member of the public this matter need not concern you so there is still no need for sarcasm or rudeness. Post code is DA5 3DQ.

  • It's public highway which means if the vehicle is taxed it can be parked outside anyone's house for the length of time it is taxed. Inconvenient it maybe but you have no right to park outside your own property unless you have a dropped kerb. 2 weeks does not constitute an abandoned car. .

  • How long would you say it should be acceptable to remain there until it is classed as abandoned? We have no issue with cars parking outside we are fully aware we have no right to park, but this length of time is ridiculous. The car has not being visited or moved at all. Surely out of respect to neighbours it is not appropriate to park outside a property for this length of time. We look forward to hearing from bexley council on this.
