There are 4 mattresses on the pavement outside 28 friday road. There are building works being undertaken at property whilst house is inhabitable and people have started using their skip and front yard to fly tip their old furniture. There is a skip but wont take the mattresses. Please help to pick up the mattresses

Its an eyesore. Its encouraging other neighbours to flytip in front of this property. Its blocking the pavement and creating hazard
