Dear Sir / Madam
In front of house on 7 Monkton Road there is a skip full of dirty and stinky rubbish which is stand here nearly month. And because skip contains food waste in plastic bags it attracts a lot of foxes which are swarming in this garbage, carrying all this dirt and plastic all over the street.
In the harsh context of the coronavirus, when it is necessary to observe special sanitary conditions, such behavior on the part of the owners of this house, or, as I assume some tenants from Eastern European countries not just unacceptable. It is a criminal negligence that can lead to new outbreaks of this dangerous disease. For to prevent this from happening, your urgent intervention is required.
Please pay attention also to the significant increase in the number of foxes wandering on the street. They are just already running in flocks at night through the streets.
