It looked like the Dustman couldn't even get past this car today and had to reverse back up the road.

This vehicle has its offside rear lamp missing so no reflector visible to traffic approaching Penhill Road, it also forces the same traffic onto the wrong side of the road a cars length from the junction, vehicles pulling into Rowley Avenue from Penhill Road run the very real risk of a head on collision or is this what it will take before it gets moved?

Er, the vehicle is still there! Does anyone actually look at the reports left via this website? I've stopped to post a letter in a mail box, turned around to find a traffic warden about to take a photo of my vehicle and asking me to move, he was patrolling around on a moped and I was there less than 20 seconds! I obviously need to drive an unroadworthy vehicle, park it in a dangerous place and I would be allowed to leave it there for weeks! What a pointless website this is.

Vehicle is still in situ despite numerous reports from public. Causing traffic flow problems and a danger to pedestrians.

Vehicle still in situ. Council need to do thier job properly instead of passing the problem down the line. Get on with shifting it. Earn the money we pay you in council tax and get the vehicle removed. Not next monthree, TODAY.

Still open, via questionnaire
The car is still here and still causing problems. It has been damaged where people have obviously struggled to get past it. Shame on Bexley Council for leaving it so long!!

Still there, parked illegally, too close to a junction and this morning there's a van parked in front of it. Are the council aware of the highway code? According to the Highway Code, motorists should not park “opposite or within 10 metres (32 feet) of a junction, except in an authorised parking space”. While the Highway Code isn't the law, it can be used to support decisions made by the police or other officials responsible for parking enforcement, please see attached photo, less than 10 metres and still has its offside rear tail light missing, not a road legal vehicle despite its current not. Move the damn vehicle, PLEASE!

Oh look, what a surprise, the car is still there, really! I know for a fact that someone has actually phoned the Council twice and both times were promised an email confirming the report and never received anything, the Staff are obviously as useless as this website! Apparently the Council cannot access the posts on this website, so what's the point of having it, or the Council for that matter? It may have a current MOT on the system, but having been in the Motor Trade for nearly 40 years trust me, it won't pass one today, not with a missing tail light, so technically it's no longer road legal and it's parked illegally, less than ten metres from a junction, how many more reasons do you need to tow it away? I hope I get a satisfaction survey sent to me regarding this website, I really do. Don't waste your time folks, if the Mayor lived here I bet the car wouldn't be.
