I reported this problem back in Feb. There is a man who goes to Russell Park and hits golfs balls very hard and wild across the park.. He was there there today again and it was a hot day with lots of children running around. I fear someone is going to get seriously hurt soon. The man seem older, possible mid 50's plus, he is white and was wearing all black and a baseball cap - he was also walking a small white dog. When i reported this previously i was told to call the council if i saw him again.... i did so today but due to the long waiting time being on hold and being cut off once - it took me nearly 45 minutes to get through to someone - and by then he had left. Is there another way i can contact someone quickly as sure he will be back again ? He was there today from 1.15 to about 1.45
