Earth and hardcore dumped in passing bay for only access to 68,70,70a Gravelhill

Reported via mobile in the Alleyway category anonymously at 15:53, Thursday 15 April 2021

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2673482.

This started with a small collection of rocks now mounds of dirt and no feedback from the house or builder if this is to be removed. This area been used for skips, stones and other items over the past 5 months. This area is a passing bay to support houses 68,70 and 70a and any requirements for emergency services and council refuge collection. These houses have right of way across this land and some of the houses in Broomfield road and Latham road have declaration to access the rear of the property, certainly not to dump stuff in the lane and cause inconvenience with ( also lots of use of hGv vehicles which have now damaged council paving at the top of the access to lane) Any help would be appreciated to get this back to a normal condition and useable passing bay.

Updates

  • While I sympathize for your predicament who actually owns the lane if he belongs to the council it would have pavement and street lighting if it's private then it will be up to the private owners of the lane to get the rubbish cleared
