Outside between no 66/68 marlborough road there is a large bay which has not been split. So we have a particular resident who already has over 3 cars on the road hardly using their dirveway, taking up bays which others can use, in particular this one they park one small car taking up the WHOLE BAY, WHERE TWO CARS CAN PARK. This bay needs to be split and marked so that its fairer to ALL. AND WE HAVE A VUNERABLE PERSON LIVING OPPOSITE WHERE EMERENCY SERVICES CANNOT PARK BECAUSE OF THE MISUE OF A LARGE UNSPLIT BAY..... PLEASE resolve this asap
