Overgrown vegetation from 105 Upton road boundary garden into Robin Hood Lane from junction with Upton Lane. Also broken down fence into same with dangerous wire entanglements.

The boundary fence and vegetation from 105 Upton road into Robin Hood Lane (west end) is now spilling and growing into Robin Hood Lane. It is now covering the double yellow lines, parking restrictions, and the badly broken picket fence is spilling several areas of is wire into the public highway. It is dangerous to the public, in particular children. It will also be dangerous to dogs being walked by their owners. It needs clearing and repair.

  • This problem has still not been fixed. This area is danger to the public and does not appear to have been addressed by Bexley Council. It is not inconceivable that prosecutions may take place if a member of the public or their animals are injured?
