Car for sale on the highway (Again)

• Hi this car is taxed and MOT'd and insured, which is all the law allows the mere fact is decided to put a note inside it for sale it's not technically against the law so what do you personally expect somebody to do about it

• Vicky, It is an offence to sell a vehicle on the public highway or other public places.

  If you actually took the time to know the law, you would know it's illegal to sell a car on the highway, whether it taxed and has an mot or not.

  So I personally expect the owner to get contacted by the council and told to remove it.
