Light shield installed by council broken off
Reported via desktop in the Lamp post category anonymously at 10:00, Sun 28 March 2021
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2638002.
You installed a larger light shield to stop light in bedroom at No. 16. This was very poorly done and has since broken off narrowly missing a member of the public. The remaining side light shield is now almost off see images. Could a permanent robust solution be found rather than screwing old signs to the light fitting please? very shoddy workmanship that could have resulted in serious injury or death....

Still await a new sheild to be installed, in the meantime bright light at night is flooding the front bedroom.

Why do I pay council tax? Still waiting for repair to shield. It's not a difficult or complex piece of work. Until its fixed the light flooding into upstairs bedroom is causing some distress! Please fix ASAP....thanks

Yet again it's still not fixed ...how much longer do I have to wait? I will be applying for a rebate for this and the refuse collection which has also turned into a joke! Where is the council management?
