From dog fouling to now human excrement

Dear Sir/Madam I have previously reported dog fouling on the Slade Green Road carriage walkway bridge which is quite disruptive to the children going to Pearswood Pry Sch from Slade Green Road. Now in addition to that there is human excrement on the bridge as the night lights have deliberately been broken so that people can discreetly foul on the bridge walkway. The fouling takes place on just one side of the bridge which is the location where the lights have deliberately been broken. Those of us who are key workers working nights also have to pass this area to the other side and with no lighting - one cannot see fouling on the floor nor can we see if someone is lying in wait to attack which is very concerning. Please help with the lighting and the fouling issue. Thank you in advance.
