Cover is banging everytime a vehicle passes over and could possibly suffer further damage/collapse if left.

This continues to be a problem. I can hear it banging every time a car goes over it, day or night. Sometimes keeps me awake at night as it’s very annoying. Looks like this was reported some time ago & hasn’t been rectified. Please give an update of when this will be addressed.
