Constant dog fouling

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2581160.
There is constant dog fouling on Awliscombe Road between number 2 and the junction of Tidford Road, also used poo bags are being dumped in the bushes around a tree stump in the same area. Could the council please clean this area and put the nessasaery signage in place.

The council have painted signs on the pavement, but this has not stopped the problem, if anything it is worse.
