Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later

This bin has not been empties for weeks and there is now rubbish piling up next to the bin and all over the floor. people have been using this bin for dog waste. can it please be emptied asap

This bin again is full it is outside the school, with waste also on pavement around bin. Small silver canisters also on floor... some waste blowing into road, could this be cleared asap.
