There were workmen outside brunton recruitment which is near sidcup station the paved area was wet with concrete and there were no signs or barriers to say this , a resident has got her childs buggy stuck in concrete and fell along with baby could this be urgently looked into this is not council doing the works and the guys doing this were in a white van but totally ignored the lady, but other kind passers by helped her up as she fell on her face .
