A green wheelie bin has been placed at the Parsonage Manor Way end of Cray Road (DA17 6NB ) at the side of the Sunshine Cafe behind the Cray Road sign. It is now full of rubbish which is spilling onto the pavement causing a hazard. As it is not by a designated residence it will never be emptied. Please could both the bin and it's rubbish be removed.
