Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later

I have not been down Welling high street for months and gathered the courage to venture out the house today to go to the bakery. I was absolutely appalled by the litter all the way down the high street and it made the entire experience unpleasant as everything felt and looked dirty and disgusting.
