Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2557609.
I took my dog for a walk through this park this afternoon and saw the tent at the top edge of the park. The man was sitting outside for a few minutes then went inside.

It is 14:30 on Sunday 21/02/2021 The man (estimated to be in his mid 50’s) is still pitched up in the park. He is unconscious (still breathing) and unresponsive when spoken to and was laying half in, half out of the tent with tent wide open. He is travelling light as he only has a backpack (outside the tent and can be seen a sleeping bag, pillow, work boots and mobile phone. A passer by was witnessed earlier today leaving what appears to be a carrier bag of food as the individual inside the tent appears to be homeless
