I am getting really fed up with people who keep dumping their rubbish & leaving trolls outside my property, the people who live in 262 lower Road & privately rent have been told numerous times not to do it & they also dump rubbish where it goes in near to 272 lower Road, i the path doesn’t get clean after when rubbish has been collected which is disgusting, this area is looking like a dump.
