This rubbish is an accumulated rubbish left under those bushes and trees for years now. We can see a council cleaner from time to time to pick up bits and pieces around the roads and pavements in lower Belvedere, but unfortunately it is not enough! We recommend a 1 dedicated person walking around lower Belvedere area from Asda - under the bridge - to Picardy Manorway and towards Normand Road and to the train station every single day. We can see rats running under our flats all the time and this is where our kids play! It is terrible to be looking at that rubbish from our windows every day despite paying £150 monthly for the council tax. We are asking you to clear all that rubbish from under those bushes, trim them and clear all unnecessary rubbish and place even more litter around the area, especially at entrances where people from nearby industrial areas can enter Belvedere Park Development. Be pleased to know, that we are also helping you to collect rubbish with our small children (as a fun activity), but we need a proper clean out. Please, make our living more enjoyable here in the lower Belvedere... Thank you.
