We live at 01 Wynn’s Avenue and near our bungalow there is a wooden door which is part of the fencing and leads onto the A2 Rochester Way. My understanding is that the door is there to allow access onto the A2 service signal boxes. We would like to report that there is a lot of fly tipping there and the door has become rather frail. It really could do with replacing as when the wind blows it opens up exposing the A2 which could be dangerous for young children. Would appreciate your steer here and guidance.
