Rubbish along the mews, hatherley road

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later
There is a lot of fly tipping and horrible general waste left to rot along the mews off hatherley road. There are bins because it is behind a row of shops but this is also a residential mews where we have to walk past horrible rotten bags of rubbish that have not been correctly emptied into the businesses’ large bins that already we have to put up with! This is a health hazard and will attract rodents. Please clear this up for the good of the residents on this mews!
Is this mews private

People are still fly tipping rubbish bags around this area and foxes and rats are tearing the bags apart and the rubbish is strewn all over the street!
