For over a year now, whenever it rains the emergency/Residential pathway gets flooded heavily where residents from18 - 24 Mangold Way are unable to get out of their houses due to the above ankle flood. this is a very serious hazard to both adults and very young children within this vicinity. This has been reported to Peabody Housing multiple times without any action. Kindly attempt into this matter as urgent as possible.

    It seems no one nor any authority cares about the plights of the residents of the above area any longer. Kindly be reminded that they all pay rents and council taxes anyway.
