    There is rubbish and waste strewn all across alleyway, entrance to multiple flats,with two shopping trolleys as well, all dumped across 11A Bellegrove road. The refuse collectors have made this worst today. There is also months of rubbish piled up from ex-tenants in the car park, behind Screwfix Welling. There is a VW polo car dumped too in the park, it has not moved for months now. There is no lighting, huge pot holes in the alley way, and someone is going to get hurt soon. Please this area has been left to ruin for over 9 months now. There are rats here, and infection to humans is high, especially coming to warmer months ahead. Thank you.
