Litter in park Upton Rd. South / Parkhurst Rd. Bexley. Litter bin often overflowing, rubbish strewn over the grassed area & in the bushes, including bottles & cans, has been like this for months, just getting blown around, never cleared up properly, needs pulling out of undergrowth to cure the problem & the bins emptying on a regular basis.
