2 green waste wheelie bins

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later

It appears 2 green waste bins have been left in Eversley Cross on the pavement (on the roadworks side of the train bridge) however neither belong to the residents of Eversley Cross. One has an ‘Avenue’ sticker on it and one has no lid so is collecting water from the rain. Please can these two bins be collected?
