Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later

This stuff has been here since before Christmas. We had hoped it would be tidied up. But it appears the residents of 6 Cheshunt Road do not care that this is actually a way in and out for some people who actually live on Standard Road. It is now becoming a hazard for anyone walking the path. It is definitely left over from the building works as I saw them leave it.
