Hi there,

We made a query about this tree last year in July. A gentleman came around and promised that tree will be trimmed once all leaves are fallen. No one came around yet, and as more branches are falling we are very worried. Would that be possible to give us an update when this could be done please? We know it's a strange and difficult time on us right now with the lockdown but hoping we could solve this issue soon. We noticed the trees got trimmed on Lesney Park so fingers crossed we are next.
