Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 2460460.
This area seems to be used as somewhere to abandon useless items instead of taking them to the recycling centre or asking the council to collect.

Further household waste including Christmas wrapping paper has been deposited under the pedestrian ramp. There is also food waste by the shopping trolley and also a black bag of rubbish at the foot of the pedestrian ramp and a further bag containing a duvet on the footbridge at the top of the ramp

The problem still exists. It has now extended to the top of the pedestrian ramp onto the footbridge where there is a divet? in a plastic bag together with several empty drinks cans and bottles. It seems that passing pedestrians use these places to abandon unwanted items because there are no rubbish bins.
