Bollards needed

I've reported this issue here because I don't know who else to report the issue to.

Every few days of the week drivers use our area as a race track. A few months ago there was a RTI involving two cars one of which was speeding and the driver fled the scene.

I'm concerned because we live right on the bend of Riverdale and my son is a wheelchair user. He doesn't know anything about road safety due to cognitive impairment. Drivers tend to use the paving to drive past the parked cars and to get past oncoming traffic. We have lived here for 5 years now and I'm afraid it won't be long before there will be a fatality due to this issue.

Please increase the road safety on Riverdale after the bend.
