Huge pot holes

These pot holes have been here for over 1 year. They have recently caused damage to our car tyres (£206) and only in the last couple of weeks (since I first reported this problem) caused further damage to our cars engine and turbo pipes costing us £465. Again I can provide evidence of this. Some days I am unable to leave the house if the rain fall is heavy as I cannot get my babies pram through the huge puddles they create and the pram is tipping over when I try to get past. Please may I stress this is our only access point to/from our home.
