On going problem with flooding at Zebra Crossing The Oval Sidcup spreading onto pavements and driveways. Also floods into Rutland Avenue by Medical Centre. Pavements becoming muddy and slippery. Mud collecting on central island on Zebra Crossing too.

  • On going problem getting worse. Water flows like a river pushing mud onto flooded pavements. Adjacent pavements very slippery. Making it difficult for pedestrians and motorists.
