Huge pot holes preventing only access to property, trip hazard, unable to leave the house with a baby in a buggy,

Hi there, this road has been damaged for the last year and a half. The problem is only getting worse. There are many pot holes preventing access to the property, and I feel this is a real danger should anyone residing in this area need emergency attention. My baby is only 11 weeks old and has toppled over in her pram twice, I am really concerned as this is a danger to life and becoming a huge worry when leaving the house. Our car tyres have also needed replacing in the last couple of weeks as it is causing major damage to our vehicle (I am happy to provide evidence from Vauxhall to support this). This damaged road also fills with large puddles that are almost impossible to avoid so my son is now turning up at school with wet feet. Please can you send someone out as soon as possible. The location is via Kelvin road behind Welling high street (this is behind the shops - papajohns, abs stylist, community hospice, etc. Thank you.
