Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later

Overhanging bushes and vehicles parked (pavement parking) along Martens avenue. Caller is a mobility scooter user and said he is unable to gets passed the parked cars and overhanging bushes so has to go into the road. Please can this be looked into further.
