Re: Danson Park and the illegal use of electric-scooters being used on footpaths by teenagers. 1. It is illegal for them to be used on footpaths. 2. It is illegal for under-18s to use them. 3. Why are these teenagers not in school. 4. None of the riders wear helmets. 5. They do not use/give any warnings at all that they are in your vicinity. 6. Where are the park wardens patrolling the park to cut out this illegal and dangerous practise.

Sorry to be a killjoy, but there are a number of teenagers in our area who shoot along the road/paths on their electric scooters. On more than one occasion i have had to brake hard and sudden in my car when they shoot around corners/junctions on the roads. Why have their parents bought them something that is illegal to use on the roads/paths without any road-sense whatsoever, with no helmets or signalling.
