Raised manhole cover, no warning signs.

Reported via desktop in the Obstructions on pavements and roads category by Tracey Faulkner at 10:33, Wed 25 November 2020

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later

Tripped and fell over the manhole cover outside Santander on Bellegrove road yesterday. Had to receive first aid treatment in the Bank. Branch Manager Victoria Gadd informed me that she has already reported this a couple of times already and that others had already tripped and fallen. As I fell head first I attended the local Urgent care centre at Queen Mary where I was assesses for a head injury and referred to a ENT specialist as have also suffered injury to my nose.
